PRINCIPAL EVENTS IN LIFE: After high school Glen joined the Navy and served from 1944 to 1945. He then went into farming for 30 years in the Town of Deer Creek until his retirement. He also worked for Ivan Bootzin Feedmill in Stetsonville while farming. Glen enjoyed remodeling homes, spending time with his family, fishing and was known for his woodworking skills of Intarsia.

While farming, she was an activity aide at Memorial Nursing Home and worked at Taylor County Human Services. They were foster parents to newborns awaiting adoptions and later to troubled teenagers. She was devoted to the Pro-Life movement and enjoyed many artistic endeavors such as painting, sculptures, ceramics, enjoyed baking bread, seamstress work, knitting & crocheting.

After the military he returned to Medford where he worked and later co-owned/operated Armbrust Meats until his retirement in 1984. He was one of the original co-founders & served on the board of directors of the Medford National Bank. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, wood working, traveling, boating on Lake Superior, curling, golfing, was an avid sports fan & enjoyed winter months in Arizona.
