MARRIAGE INFORMATION: November 30, 1945 at Immanuel Ev. Lutheran Church, Medford to Raymond G. Liske and he preceded her in death on January 21, 2007.
PRINCIPAL EVENTS IN LIFE: Violet and her husband owner and operated their own dairy farm in the Town of Deer Creek. They also used their station wagon as a school bus to transport 9 kids with 2 routes. In 1962 she started at the Taylor County Memorial Hospital as a Nurses Aide and then worked as a Seamstress in the laundry department until her retirement. She enjoyed fishing, rubber stamping, crocheting, quilting, and baking, especially pies and biscuits.
Ray and Violet were foster parents for 16 children over a six year period.
