DATE & PLACE OF BIRTH: September 25, 1929 at Medford
EDUCATION: Medford area elementary schools and was a 1947 graduate of Medford High School. Attended Taylor Co. Teachers College in Medford, UW-Eau Claire and UW-Stevens Point graduating with a degree in elementary education
MARRIAGE INFORMATION: June 22, 1950 at Medford to William “Bill” J. Persich and he preceded her in death January 30, 1987
PRINCIPAL EVENTS IN LIFE: After her marriage she taught elementary education initially in Westboro and later Rib Lake’s Clearview Elementary school for 30+ years until her retirement. In retirement, she worked as a substitute teacher in Stetsonville & Medford schools. For the past 7 years she had been residing at Our House Assisted Living, Medford. She enjoyed curling, golfing, playing cards, birthday clubs, cooking, traveling and her grandchildren.
MEMBER OF: Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Medford; Past member of Medford Curling Club and the Lockett Curlers, Tee-Hi Golf Club.
SURVIVING CHILDREN: Daughters – Sharon Persich of Madison & Mary (Terry) Patrick of Medford
