EDUCATION: Mud Lake and Fawn Valley elementary schools and was a 1954 graduate of Rib Lake High School
MARRIAGE INFORMATION: May 7, 1966 at St. John’s Catholic Church, Rib Lake to Shirley A. Hein
PRINCIPAL EVENTS IN LIFE: In 1956 he enlisted in the US Navy serving on the USS Runner submarine until 1960. He returned to Rib Lake and was employed as a fire warden for the DNR for 40 years. Then he worked as a mechanic at Roger’s Sinclair in Rib Lake until 1981. Then he owned and operated Beaver Valley auto repair shop until ill health forced his retirement in 1999. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, 4 wheeling, and wood carving.
