PRINCIPAL EVENTS IN LIFE: She worked at the Block Hotel in Dorchester and did
housekeeping for the Helen & Carl Mertens family prior to her
marriage. After marriage, they farmed in
the Town of Little Black. She enjoyed
baking, gardening, having children around, farming with her husband and polka
masses from the Owen/Withee band and choir.
MEMBER OF: Attended Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Medford; Member
of the Busy Homemakers Club; Past President of the St. Louis Catholic Church
