PRINCIPAL EVENTS IN LIFE: Robert served in the U.S. Army from 1951-1953, where he did his boot camp at Camp Carson in Colorado and was stationed in Anchorage, Alaska. After his return from the military he worked for Herb Steinbach as a carpenter for about 6 years. He then owned and operated Bob Tacke Carpentry for 30+ years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and ice fishing. He enjoyed being around his family and friends.
