PRINCIPAL EVENTS IN LIFE: Taught rural school at Woodville School in the Town of Goodrich. She worked at The Star News and Suits Drug Store until 1933. In 1933 she began work at the Pension Dept. of the Taylor Co. Welfare Dept., now called human services. She did bookkeeping and transcribing of case histories until her retirement in 1981 after 46 years. She enjoyed traveling, bowling and card playing.
