TIME & PLACE OF SERVICES: Memorial services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, July 25 at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Medford

OFFICIATING: Rev. Nancy Amacher

INTERMENT: Interment of her cremated remains will take place at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Town of Little Black at a later date

VISITATION: Hemer Funeral Home, Medford from 4-7 PM on Thursday, July 24 where there will be a 7:00 PM American Legion Auxiliary service held; also at church from 10 AM until the time of services at 11 AM on Friday, July 25

DATE & PLACE OF BIRTH: October 5, 1933 at the Town of Holway

EDUCATION: Town of Little Black and Medford area elementary schools, graduate of Medford High School

MARRIAGE: June 13, 1953 at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Medford to Wayne “Shorty” Jochimsen and he preceded her in death March 22, 2011

PRINCIPAL EVENTS IN LIFE: She clerked at Jensen’s IGA in Medford for a period of time. Then she clerked and managed the health & beauty department at the Medford Co-op until retirement. She enjoyed Sudoku puzzles, plastic canvas work, traveling, reading, gardening & the performing arts.

MEMBER OF: St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Medford; Lifetime member of the Stetsonville American Legion Auxiliary

SURVIVING CHILDREN: Marguerite Jochimsen of Medford and Michael Jochimsen of Medford
Grandsons – Travis (Brittany) Jochimsen of KY & Cody Jochimsen of Stevens Point
Great Grandson – Jayse Jochimsen of KY
