Mary K. Bohmbach, 46, of Medford passed away on Saturday, March 25 at home. She was born on October 6, 1970 to John and Candy Bohmbach in Chicago, IL. She graduated from Rib Lake High School in 1989. She worked for Maple Island, Wal-Mart, and most recently Weather Shield until her passing.Mary enjoyed life. She would spend her time gardening and planting flowers, tending bar, and spending time with her grandchildren.
Mary is survived by her mother Candy (Fred Sherman) Bohmbach of Doniphan, MO; sister, Jackie (Nol) Thums of Westboro; brother, Larry (Jackie) Bohmbach of Rib Lake; stepsisters, Billi Jo Butler and Jodi Johnson; nieces, Ashley (Lon), Makayla, Tailor, and Erin; nephews, Scott Jr. and Evan. She is further survived by her significant other Tony Szalkus, his daughter Samantha (Chris) Shotliff, and their children Arawyn and Amaya; stepmother Louise McBaine; special friend Tessa Hoffman and many other family and friends.
Mary is preceded in death by her father, John Bohmbach and her grandparents.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Memorial donations may be given to the family for a future designation.
