Damien was born on April 10, 2017 in Marshfield, WI to Jesse Sweet and Susan Lemke.
He is survived by his Parents, Siblings: Rodney Bruce of Wisconsin Rapids, Madison and Cayman Sweet of Nekoosa and Jesse Sweet of Medford, Taylor Lemke of Vancouver, WA and Corbin Lemke of Stanley, Grandparents: Rick and Debbie Sweet of Wisconsin Rapids, Kelly Sherman Strangefelt of Medford, Scott and Chris Lemke of Herbster, Great Grandmother: Julia Westrich of Medford, Aunts and Uncles: Amber and Troy Hamm, Brett, Maddox and Jeremiah, Julian Pester, Julia and Jennifer Pester, all of Medford, T.J. Rodgers of Herbster, Steven and Jennah Prior of Marshfield, Joe and Jill Sweet of Tony, Jake Sweet of Minneapolis, MN, Honored Aunt Danielle Stiel of Medford, and many other cousins.
Damien was a blessing and joy to his family and friends. He touched the lives of many and will be truly missed by everyone.
Damien is preceded in death by several Grandparents.
A Celebration of life will be held from 1:00 - 3:00 PM, on Thursday June 22, 2017 at Hemer Funeral Home, Medford Chapel.
