Roxanne Marie Mangum, 64, of Medford, passed away Saturday
January 27, 2018 at Aspirus Care and Rehab.
She was born August 27, 1953 in Merrill, WI to James and
Betty (Kreuger) Taylor. She is a graduate of Merrill High School.
Roxanne is survived by her Husband, Charles Mangum of
Medford; Daughter, Holly Berry of Medford; Mother, Betty Rutkowski of Merrill;
Siblings, Cindy (John) Harlow of Oregon, Kandie Saxe of East Troy, Theresa
(Bill) Stolpa of Wausau, James (Linda) Taylor of East Troy, Randy Rutkowski of
Merrill; Grandchildren - Matthew, Timothy, Roxanne, Jacob, and many nieces and
nephews.She is preceded in death by her Father, Son, Charles T. Mangum, and Sister, Debbie Pearce.
Roxanne worked as a nurse’s assistant and then went to work for Jeld-Wen Windows and Doors in Hawkins, WI. She was a member of Living Waters Assembly of God in Bruce, WI.
Roxanne will always be remembered for being so strong and having the will to never give up.
Cremation rites have been accorded, and no services will be held.
