Gene A. Lucia, 67, of Medford, passed away on Sunday, August 1, 2021 at Aspirus Hospital in Wausau.
Graveside services will be held at 12:00 PM on Wednesday, August 11, 2021 at Mt. Olive Cemetery. Visitation will take place on Wednesday, August 11, 202 at the Westboro Community Center from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM.
Gene was born December 15, 1953 to Jack and Vienna (Mackey) Lucia. He attended Rib Lake High School.
Gene is survived by cousin, Patti Jo Lamberty of Whittlesey; special friend, Kathy Brecht; uncle, Bob Lucia of Westboro; Mike Lucia and his children, Damian, Gunner, and Keesha.
Gene is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Tom Lucia; cousins, Alyce Schuppel and Robert Lucia, Jr.; step brothers, Keith and Kenny Kinner.
Following high school, Gene worked for Weathershield, Graebel Van Lines, and as a logger.
