PRINCIPAL EVENTS IN LIFE: After school, she moved to Chicago where she was a nanny and housekeeper until 1951, when she then moved to the Stetsonville Area, to care for her parents. Since there was two Alma’s working at Bootzins IGA in Stetsonville at that time, she was known as “Junior”. She worked there until her retirement in 1975. Alma enjoyed knitting, crocheting, flower gardening, reading, playing board games and the piano. Alma was a very active member in her religion and faith.
