MARRIAGE: November 14, 1945 in Marshfield to Viola M. Smazal and she preceded him in death on March 15, 1998.
PRINCIPAL EVENTS IN LIFE: Walt served in the U.S. Navy during WWII from 1945-1946. Walt and Viola lived in Loyal prior to moving to Unity. In 1966, they moved to Medford where Walt worked as a mechanic at Medford Motors until his retirement in 1992. He enjoyed fishing, camping, traveling and polka dancing.
