EDUCATION: Attended Sawyer Dam Grade School and Medford High School
MARRIAGE: June 20, 1953 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Stetsonville to Ardis B. Beyer
PRINCIPAL EVENTS IN LIFE: Served in the U.S. Navy from 1945-1947. After his return from the service he worked in Milwaukee for Universal Construction until they returned to the Stetsonville area in 1962. They then owned and operated the former Jake’s Bar in Stetsonville now known as Les’s Bar . In 1966, he started driving truck for Jochimsen and Smith Inc. until his retirement in 1990. Les enjoyed hunting, bowling, fishing, jigsaw puzzles and playing cards.

Volunteered for the Stetsonville Fire Department since 1962
