PRINCIPAL EVENTS IN LIFE: After his education, he worked at Briggs & Stratton in Milwaukee, then Osmose Railroad of Madison for periods of time. He returned to Medford and worked at Deep Rock & Rudolph’s Standard for periods of time. Then he worked as a maintenance man for Memorial Hospital, Holy Rosary Catholic Church & School & the Medford Middle School until ill health forced his retirement. He was a firefighter for the Medford Fire Dept., a Taylor County E.M.T. & was a Deputy Coroner/Medical Examiner for periods of time. He enjoyed spending time with his family, friends and grandchildren, fishing, hunting, golfing, playing cards, making fire wood & the outdoors.
