In her spare time Eileen enjoyed hunting, fishing, spending time with family, and babysitting her great-grandchildren.
Eileen is survived by 3 grandchildren Janet (Timothy Bosley) VanderWaal of Mosinee, Michael (Lisa) Murphy and Robert “Bob” (Gail) Murphy both of Sun Prairie; six great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, and many other family and friends.
Eileen is preceded in death by her parents, husband, John Balczewski; son, John “Jack” Murphy; daughter-in-law, Monica Murphy, and sister, Beatrice.
A prayer service will take place on Saturday, March 24, 2018 at Good Shepherd Catholic Church in Rib Lake at 3:00 PM, with Father Otto Bucher officiating. Burial will follow at Lakeview Cemetery. Visitation will take place on Saturday, March 24, 2018 at Good Shepherd Catholic Church from 1:00 PM until the time of service at 3:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Eileen’s name may be given to the family for use a later designation.
