EDUCATION: Medford Elementary schools and was a 1943 graduate of Medford High School
MARRIAGE: June 24, 1950 at Medford United Methodist Church in a double wedding ceremony with her sister Elaine, to Elmer Hedlund and he preceded her in death December 21, 1998
PRINCIPLE EVENTS IN LIFE: For most of her life she worked as a homemaker & mother. She worked for periods of time at Hurd Millwork, State Bank of Medford and with her husband in the insurance business. She enjoyed photography, bird watching, camping, sewing, knitting, embroidery, fishing and, most of all, her son’s and their families.
MEMBER OF: United Methodist Church, Medford where she was a past Sunday school teacher, active in the Women’s Circles, Keen Agers, sang in its church choir & was active in Bible studies.
SURVIVING CHILDREN: Sons – Kurt (Susan) Hedlund of Boulder City, NV, Randal (Wendy) Hedlund of De Pere, WI, Brian (Brenda) Hedlund of Medford & Robert Hedlund of Boulder City, NV
