Judith D. Gallistel, 78, of Medford, passed away on November 1, 2020 at Abbotsford Health Care Center, under the care of Hope Hospice.
Judith was born on January 18, 1942 to Ralph and Hildegarde (Dassow) Jari in Medford. She attended Medford Area Schools and furthered her education at Humboldt Institute in Minneapolis. She married James E. Gallistel on April 18, 1964 in Medford; he precedes her in death.
Judith worked at Tombstone Pizza and Hope Hospice.
In her spare time Judith enjoyed crafting, rubber stamping, and spoiling her pets.
Judith is survived by her sons, Jeffrey (Shelley) of Yermo, CA and Thomas of Medford; grandchildren, Kaeda, Justin, and Gordon; brothers, Rodney (Linda) Jari of Omro, Randy, Steve, and David Jari, all of Medford. Judith is further survived by many other family and friends.
Judith is preceded in death by her husband and parents.
Funeral services for Judith will take place at 11:00 AM on Thursday, November 5, 2020 at Immanuel Lutheran Church, with Pastor Daniel Iwinski officiating. Burial will follow at Medford Evergreen Cemetery II. Visitation will take place at Immanuel Lutheran Church on Thursday, November 5, 2020 from 9:00 AM until the time of service at 11:00 AM.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Judith’s name may be given to Hope Hospice.
