Arthur B. Drager, 88, of Fall Creek, formerly of Medford
passed away Thursday February 21, 2019 at Sacred Heart Hospital in Eau Claire.
Arthur was born February 4, 1931 in the Town of Little Black
to Herman and Lillian (Messman) Drager. He attended Stetsonville Elementary
School. Arthur married Elsa E. Kreiling on December 28, 1954 in Germany, she
preceded him in death December 3, 1989.
He is survived by his Fiancé of 30 years: Dorothea Foster of
Fall Creek, Dorotheas Children and Grandchildren and 1 Step Son Ronald of
Wausau. Sister Delores Baumann of Dorechester and many nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by his Parents, Brothers: Richard, Herman,
Gustav and Louis Drager Sisters: Freida Haig, Gladys Enzi, Lillian Johnson,
Bertha and Elizabeth Drager
Arthurs education, he worked in concrete construction. He
then joined the US Army, and is a Korean War Veteran. After the military he
worked at Damm Brothers Saw Mill in Stetsonville for 12 years. He then went on
to work at Weather Shield Window Company until he retired at the age of 74. He
enjoyed fishing and gardening.
Arthur was a member of the Medford VFW and Stetsonville
American Legion.
Per Arthurs request, cremation rites have been accorded and
no services will be held. Burial will take place at Medford Evergreen Cemetery
II.
