PRINCIPAL EVENTS IN LIFE: Moved to Medford in 1945 where she and her husband owned and operated Carter’s Jewelry on Medford’s Main street from 1945 until Carter’s death in 1977. After selling the store, she clerked for the new owners for a period of time. She enjoyed fishing, reading and crossword puzzles.
