SELMA B. CLOUGH GINTER

Selma B. Clough Ginter, 92, a former Perkinstown area resident, passed away on Thursday, February 28 at Orchard Hills Assisted Living in Eau Claire. Selma was born to Arvilla (Paddock) and John Arvid Granquist in Hannibal, WI on September 16, 1926. She was educated in the Hannibal area schools. She married Roscoe G. Clough, later married John Ginter and they both preceded her in death.
Selma was also predeceased by her son, Terrence, her parents and grandparents, brothers, Ray, Hugh, and her sister, Florence.
Selma is survived by her daughters, Sharyn (Gary) of Texas, Cheryl (Calvin deceased) of Eau Claire, Patti (Bill) of Florida & Lance (Merry) of Viroqua. Selma is also survived by her brother, Dallas, sisters, Marcy & Belva, 7 grandchildren, 9 gr. grandchildren, 3 gr. gr. grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and her God child, Holly Ogle Sromek.
Orchard Hills, Dove West & Mayo Clinic Hospice are thanked for their support and care given to Selma. Per Selma’s wishes, a visitation only will be held from 1-5 PM on Saturday, March 9 at Hemer Funeral Home, Medford. Interment of her cremated remains will take place at Perkinstown Community Cemetery in the spring.
