Rose “Rosie” M. Anderson, 87, a Township of Molitor resident died on Saturday, August 29 under the loving care of her family and Hope Hospice.
Per her request, there will be no services for Rose. Inurnment will take place at Medford Evergreen Cemetery II.
Rose was born on July 27, 1933 in the Township of Greenwood, Taylor County, the daughter of James and Mary (Steen) Neuman, Sr.. Her marriage took place on February 12, 1955 at Stetsonville to Carl R. Anderson and he preceded her in death on September 30, 2009.
She was employed at Marathon Cheese in Medford for many years.
Surviving are a son, Roger Anderson of the Township of Molitor, grandsons, Cory (Kristie Ulrich) Anderson of Medford and Eric Anderson of Dorchester, along with her great-grandchildren, Bryce, Makala, Isaac, Mason & Dominick. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and a son, Carl D. Anderson Jr. on October 2, 2016. Also preceding her in death were her brothers, Jim, Alvin, Ernest and Elford Neuman.
