PRINCIPAL EVENTS IN LIFE: He grew up on a dairy farm and lived their most of his life. During this time he also worked for the State Highway Department as a Truck Driver where he retired in 1986. In his retirement he drove his elderly neighbors to appointments, grocery shopping, anyplace they needed to go. He was a history buff, enjoyed dancing and listening to polka music, old cars, going to the Iola Car Show and the Steam and Engine Show in Edgar. Everett enjoyed traveling and going to the casino.
