PLACE, DATE & TIME OF DEATH: 1:15 AM Thursday, October 18 at Aspirus Wausau Hospital, palliative care unit, Wausau where he had been a patient for the past 4 days

TIME & PLACE OF SERVICES: No Services will be held

VISITATION: There will be a memorial visitation held from 4-7 PM on Monday, October 22 at Hemer Funeral Home, Medford & military rites performed by the Medford Military Honors Team at 7:00 PM

DATE & PLACE OF BIRTH: May 27, 1931 at Medford, WI

EDUCATION: Holy Rosary Catholic School, Medford, 1949 graduate of Medford High School

MARRIAGE: 1st: In 1951 @ Medford to Eleanor Roberts and they were later divorced; 2nd: to Christine @ West Bend, IN and she preceded him in death n 1976; 3rd: In 1978 @ South Bend, IN to Mary and they were later divorced

PRINCIPAL EVENTS IN LIFE: After his education he entered the US Army and served from 1951-1954. After the service he worked as a meat cutter in Medford and Indiana for a period of years. He also owned and operated a gun shop in Mishawaka, Indiana for a period of time. Retired and moved to Chelsea working once again at Armbrust Meats in Medford. He enjoyed the GB Packers, guns, Native American history, watching Western movies, reading Western books, & computers.

SURVIVING CHILDREN: Daughters – Ramona “Mona” Bergmann of Merrill, Jacquelyn “Jaci” (Philip) Henrichs of Merrill, Jayne (Michael) Thiel of Merrill

CHILDREN DECEASED: Daughter – LuCinda Jean Bergmann in1991; Great Granddaughter – Tristan Muenchow in 2005
