VISITATION: 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Friday, July 18, at the United Methodist Church in Medford with a 7:00 P.M. prayer service held by Pastor Kyochul Shin

DATE & PLACE OF BIRTH: April 29, 1952 in Milwaukee

EDUCATION: Attained his Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from UW Milwaukee in 1974 and is a 1970 Graduate of Nathan Hale High School in West Allis

MARRIAGE: July 17, 1976 in West Allis to Marla J. Spear who survives

PRINCIPAL EVENTS IN LIFE: Dave has served his community in numerous ways. After attaining his bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Dave moved from Milwaukee to Medford. He worked for the Taylor County Human Services for 34 ½ years, and retired in 2009. He has served as a board member and volunteer to organizations that benefit others including Stepping Stones, Taylor County Literacy Council, and the Salvation Army. His Leadership as president of Family Health Center of Marshfield has brought forth several dental clinics for people in need in North Central WI. His love for music was apparent, as he sang with church choirs and the Central Chamber Chorale for over 25 years.

SURVIVING SISTER: Deborah (Randy) Betterly of Milwaukee
