DATE & PLACE OF BIRTH: July 21, 1927 in Stetsonville

 
EDUCATION: Margaret attended Pleasant Valley Grade School, Dorchester High School and was a 1944 Graduate of Medford High School

 
MARRIAGE: On September 6, 1947 she married Walter Balciar at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Medford and he survives

 
PRINCIPAL EVENTS IN LIFE: After high school, Margaret started work for the Medford Creamery office where she met her husband of 67 years. She stayed with the company through the various new owners and retired in 1992. Margaret enjoyed camping, gardening, sewing, bowling, dancing and playing cards.

 
MEMBER OF:  She was a member of St. Paul’s Ev. Lutheran Church and an active member of the Church’s Ladies Aid

SURVIVING SPOUSE: Walter Balciar of Medford

SURVIVING DAUGHTER:  Marsha (Lee) Fritz of DeForest

# OF LIVING GRANDCHILDREN: 2: Major Jesse (Jacqui) Fritz of Westhampton Beach, NY and Captain Jason (Laura) Fritz of Tomah. Both Grandsons currently in the U.S. Air Force          GR-GRANDSON:  Winston Fritz of Tomah         

SURVIVING BROTHER: Donald (Jo) Robida of Stratford

 
BROTHERS/SISTERS DECEASED: Ann (Ed) Denzin, John (Jeanette) Robida, William (Agnes) Robida and Roy (Bernice) Robida 

DECEASED FATHER: Anton Robida      DECEASED MOTHER:  Mary Murn

OTHER INFORMATION: Hemer Funeral Homes of Medford and Rib Lake assisted the family with arrangements.
