MARRIAGE: Married to Mae Anderson, whom preceded him death, and married to Inez Vanucha, whom also preceded him in death.
PRINCIPAL EVENTS IN LIFE: John served in the United States Air Force as an engine mechanic and flight line crew chief on bomber aircraft during World War II, serving in the Europe and African theaters. Following his military career, he then worked for Weather Shield in their Specialty department. John attended Woodland Baptist Church in Westboro. He loved the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. He will be remembered by his practicality in all situations, giving him the nick name “Practical John.”
SURVIVING CHILDREN: Step Son; Marvin ( Milca) Anderson of Ayacucho, Peru.
SIBLINGS: Gerald (Rita) Reinhardt of Rib Lake, Dorothy Koch of Wisconsin Rapids, and Irene Vlach of Marshfield.
