EDUCATION: Medford area schools, 1035 graduate of Medford High School

MARRIAGE INFORMATION: April 27, 1946 at Birnamwood to Adeline Draeger and she survives

PRINCIPAL EVENTS IN LIFE: After his education, he worked in Milwaukee for a period of time. Then he entered the US Army and was a WW II veteran having served from 1942-1945. In 1946 he returned to Medford and worked as a self employed carpenter and home builder in the area for many years until retirement. He enjoyed annually attending the 6th Armored Division reunions held nationally. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing and watching football.

MEMBER OF: Immanuel Ev. Lutheran Church, Medford; Medford VFW Post #5729 Medford where he also served on the Military Honors Team for funerals; Past member of the old City Band and the local Bavarian Band;

SURVIVING SPOUSE: Adeline Steinbach of Medford

SURVIVING CHILDREN: Daughter-Marilyn Steinbach of Medford

DECEASED BROTHERS/SISTERS: 7-Paul Jr., Walter and Bill Steinbach, Inez Egle, Alma Beretta, Verna Rowe, and Ruth Steinbach in infancy

DECEASED FATHER: Paul Steinbach, Sr. DECEASED MOTHER: Mary Werner

PALLBEARERS: Ben & Chuck Egle, Dick Steinbach, Ray Klingbeil, Gerry Neuberger, Werner Zuleger
