EDUCATION: Attended St. Anthony DePadua Catholic School and graduated from Lincoln High School in 1951. Larry received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Superior and he did his post graduate work at the University of Minnesota-Duluth.
MARRIAGE INFORMATION: May 2, 1970 at the Chapel of the Salvatorian Seminary, St. Nazianz, Wisconsin to Joanne E. Severson and she survives
PRINCIPAL EVENTS IN LIFE: Larry served 4 years in the U.S. Navy during the end of the Korean War. In 1961 he moved to Medford where he was employed by Medford Area Schools as a teacher, counselor and school psychologist, retiring in 1989. His faith and family were of utmost importance in his life. He enjoyed people and he epitomized the phrase “he never knew a stranger”. His favorite pastimes were fishing and golfing.
