MARRIAGE INFORMATION: November 24, 1973 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church to Catherine “Cathy” A. Matyka and she survives

PRINCIPAL EVENTS IN LIFE: Entered the U.S. Navy where he served on the USS VALLEY FORGE from 1965-1969. Bob worked in maintenance for the Department of Parks, Recreation and Forestry in Evanston, IL from 1970-1975. He then worked in maintenance for the Combined Insurance Co. Of America (aka) AON from 1975-2002. They moved to the Medford area in 2002 where he was a janitor at the Medford Area Public School District from 2002 until the time of his retirement in 2006. He enjoyed woodcarving and was an avid hunter and fisherman.

SURVIVING CHILDREN: 3 Sons: Gavin (Sarah) Bristol of Lindenhurst, IL; Louis (Debbie) Bristol of Gurney, IL and Beau Bristol of Round Lake, IL

# OF GRANDCHILDREN: 3 Grandchildren: Makayla and Jodie Bristol both of Lindenhurst, IL and Madeline Bristol of Gurney, IL
2 Step-Grandchildren: Anastasia and Nicholas Eiden both of Gurney, IL

SURVIVING BROTHERS/SISTERS: Sister-In-Law: Margaret (Archie) McDonnell of Whittlesey
Brothers-In-Law: Norbert Matyka and Lawrence (Marilyn) Matyka both of Medford, Michael (Special Friend Bobbie Ellington) Matyka of Westboro
Nieces: Eleanor (Ed) Wilkins of Gilbert, AZ; Pamela (Duane) Kunkel of Norwood, MN and Sarah Matyka of Medford
Nephews: Shawn (Darcy) McDonnell and Matthew Matyka both of Medford and Anthony Matyka of Westboro
