TIME & PLACE OF FUNERAL: 11:00 AM Monday, December 24 at Zion Ev. Lutheran Church, Stetsonville where full military rites will be performed by Boxrucker – Berry American Legion Post # 519

VISITATION: Zion Ev. Lutheran Church, Stetsonville from 9AM until the time of funeral services at 11AM on Monday, December 24

DATE & PLACE OF BIRTH: October 10, 1921 in Dorchester, WI

EDUCATION: Attended Dorchester Elementary School, Graduate of Medford High School

MARRIAGE INFORMATION: October 2, 1946 at Zion Ev. Lutheran Church, Stetsonville to Arlene A. Brunner and she preceded him in death January 6, 2006

PRINCIPAL EVENTS IN LIFE: After his education, Raymond entered the U.S. Army, where he served from 1942-1945 during WWII. He was a decorated veteran having received the Silver Star and Purple Heart. After the military, Raymond worked as a Postmaster in Stetsonville for 25 years until his retirement. He enjoyed traveling, golfing, spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He also enjoyed spending the winter months in Southwest USA.

SURVIVING CHILDREN: 2 Daughters: Kathleen (Duane) Storch of Des Moines, Iowa and Kris Boxrucker of Stetsonville

GRANDCHILDREN: 2 Granddaughters: Karla (Matt) Buller of Urbandale, Iowa and Rachel (Aaron) Parks of Stetsonville
1 Grandson: Ryan (Amber) Czarnezki of Medford


SURVIVING BROTHERS/SISTER: Sister - Leona Blasel of Stetsonville; Brothers - Clarence “Windy” (Marge) Boxrucker of Stetsonville and Ed Boxrucker of Medford
