PRINCIPAL EVENTS IN LIFE: Moved to Milwaukee where she was a live in Nanny for a couple of years. Leona then worked at a shoe factory for a year until returning to the area. After her marriage she was a homemaker and raised her children. Leona was an excellent seamstress. She also enjoyed fishing, camping, quilting, cooking and baking. She always had cookies in her house for her boys and there was always plenty of food for anyone who visited.
