PRINCIPAL EVENTS IN LIFE: Melvin and Irma owned and operated a small dairy farm in the Town of Chelsea for a number of years. Irma was also known as “Grandmother” to many, many children. She enjoyed gardening, berry picking, canning and baking. She also enjoyed playing games, putting puzzles together and cards, especially cribbage and going for rides in the country. Irma also enjoyed going too and watching ball games and going to all of her grandchildren’s events.
