VISITATION AT: Hemer Funeral Home from 4-8 PM Wednesday, April 27 where there will be a 7:30 PM Catholic prayer service held that evening and also from 9-10:30 AM on Thursday, April 28

EDUCATION: Holy Rosary Catholic School, Medford and was a graduate of Medford High School
MARRIAGE INFORMATION: May 27, 1959 at Neu-Ulm Germany to Martha Russ and she survives
PRINCIPAL EVENTS IN LIFE: After his education he entered the US Army. He was a veteran of the Korean Conflict and the Vietnam War having served for 21 years until his retirement from the military in 1969. He returned to Medford and worked at Ruesch Funeral Home for 1 year. In 1970 he started employment with the Taylor Co. Highway Dept. and took over as commissioner in 1974 which he did until his retirement in 1991. In his retirement he served on the Taylor Co. Board and several board committees for a period of years until present. He was very active in the planning stages of the new Holy Rosary School recently completed. He enjoyed fishing in Canada and bowling.
