PRINCIPAL EVENTS IN LIFE: As a young man he worked on the family dairy farm in the Town of Holway and became owner in 1958 until 1973 where he then owned and operated Matson Livestock, where he transported cattle until 1982. Harold then worked for the U.S. Forestry Service from 1983 until the time of his retirement in 1987. Harold enjoyed wood crafting, Camping, Family Gatherings and Outings, He also enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Harold also served on the school board for Forest Grove
