PRINCIPAL EVENTS IN LIFE: Following his education, he taught elementary school at rural Taylor Co. schools from 1935-1957. They also farmed in the townships of Chelsea and Medford having moved to the township of Medford in 1948. He also worked for Livestock Management & Marketing of Francis Creek, WI, Hurd Millwork, Medford Co-op, worked on a fox farm in the town of Chelsea and for the Social Security Dept. for periods of time. He helped organize the WI Rural Housing Co-op. He enjoyed most of all his family, hunting, fishing, trapping, playing cards, baking, cooking, gardening and traveling.
