PRINCIPAL EVENTS IN LIFE: After his education, he worked on the family farm in the town of Little Black where he farmed until moving to the city of Medford in 1963. During and after farming he also worked at Damm Brothers sawmill in Stetsonville, Colby Box factory and Midway Telephone Company in Medford as a lineman and repairman until his retirement. They moved to the Colby Retirement Community in 2010. He served at one time, on the Liberty State Graded school board and the Dorchester Co-op board. He enjoyed gardening, canning, fishing, making rag rugs and tying quilts.
MEMBER OF: Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Medford where he also did volunteer work. Catholic Order of Foresters and the Catholic Knights of Columbus.
