DATE & PLACE OF BIRTH: June 21, 1943 in Medford

EDUCATION: Attended Holy Rosary Catholic School and a 1961 graduate of Medford High School

MARRIAGE: June 29, 1963 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Medford to Gerald H. Grube and he preceded her in death on September 25, 2007.

PRINCIPAL EVENTS IN LIFE: Prior to her marriage, Karon worked at the ASCS Office in Medford for two years. After their marriage they moved to Des Plaines, Illinois until returning to Medford ten years later. She worked at Medford Co-operative for ten years. She then worked at Northern Merchandise for 17 years until her retirement in 2007. Karon enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family.

SURVIVING CHILDREN:  Daughter: Tammy (Dan) Weber of Dorchester
2 Sons: Scott Grube of Medford and Todd (Diane) Grube of Byron, Minnesota

9 GRANDCHILDREN: Troy Petznick, Jamie (Morgan) Crotteau, Tia and Tara Weber, Brooke, Tyler, Chase, Chad and Gabrina Grube      

1 Great-Grandson: Cameron Crotteau

SISTERS DECEASED: Wanita Bader and Joan Kowalefski

DECEASED MOTHER:  Amelia M. Dassow  (Maiden Name: Gebauer)
