EDUCATION: Pomona CA High School and the Brooks Institute of Photography, Santa Barbara, CA

 

MARRIAGE: January 8, 1978 at 29 Palms, CA to Terrie Conrad Flandermeyer and she survives

 

PRINCIPAL EVENTS IN LIFE: Frank was a 3rd generation photographer in his family.  He did commercial and portrait photography in Pomona and 29 Palms, CA.  In 1979 they moved to Fresno, CA where he worked for a photography shop for a period of time.  In 1995 they moved to Traverse City, MI, and in 2001 they moved to the Medford area.  While in Medford, he worked as a volunteer for the Commission on Aging, and was instrumental in getting the Taylor County Humane Society Shelter established.  He enjoyed fishing, woodworking, his cats and dogs.

 

MEMBER OF:  St. John the Baptist Episcopal Church of Wausau; Medford Kiwanis Club

 

SURVIVING SPOUSE:  Dr. Terrie Flandermeyer or the Town of Holway

 

SURVIVING CHILDREN:  Sons – Patrick Frasher of Wausau & Brian (Laurie) Frasher of Eureka, CA

Step-Children:  Dawn (Rudy) Dixon of Fresno, CA & Mark (Sherry) Webb of Visalita, CA

Step-Grandson:  Cody Dixon of Fresno, CA

 

SURVIVING BROTHERS/SISTERS: 3 brothers & 3 sisters all residing in California

 

DECEASED FATHER:  Burton Frasher, Sr.     DECEASED MOTHER:  Unknown first name, but Mother’s maiden name was Rossi
