TIME & PLACE OF SERVICE: 11:30 A.M. Friday, January 30, 2015 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Medford where there will also be military rites performed by the Stetsonville American Legion Club

VISITATION: 9:30 A.M. until time of services at 11:30 A.M. at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Medford

DATE & PLACE OF BIRTH: March 6, 1950 in Medford

EDUCATION: Attended Little Black Grade School and was a 1968 graduate of Medford Area High School

MARRIAGE: August 18, 1984 at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Medford to Debra J. Scheithauer and she survives.

PRINCIPAL EVENTS IN LIFE: Fuzz was a U.S. Army Vietnam Veteran. He worked for Melvin’s Ready Mix Concrete Company for a number of years. Fuzz then drove truck for Tombstone Pizza for 25 years. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and spending time at the family cabin.

MEMBER OF: Boxrucker-Berry American Legion Post #519 in Stetsonville and the National Rifle Association

SURVIVING SPOUSE: Deb J. Metz of Medford
